Yoga in English
A yoga class for English speakers, who wants to continue or start their yoga practice in Aalborg.
We will start with check inn, breathing exercises and grounding, followed by a gentle warm up flow and a few supine yin poses. Then we gradually build up to more strengthening standing dynamic flows and stretches. The class ends with a short meditation and body scan.
A class, that gives inner strength and balance for body, mind and soul.
