Are you curious about trying yoga but unsure where to start? Or maybe you’re wondering if yoga is right for you? This course is tailored for English speakers, both women and men, offering a relaxed and beginner-friendly introduction to yoga – and the opportunity to connect with others.
In this class you will be introduced to a yoga flow, with elements taken from both Yin-, and Ashtanga Yoga. A little bit of Yin and Ýang.
Both the yoga practice and English guidance are delivered at a calm, easy-to-follow pace, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and included no matter their experience or level of English.
