Hatha Flow - Playful Saturday Morning

Come to a Playful Saturday morning with Marie Greve. Flow into your weekend with a balance of: warming up the body with joint movements, flowing Hatha yoga (Sun Salutations), gentle (heart opening) back bending postures to energize and recharge you. A guided dynamic practice.

All levels are welcome.

Possible to book Yin Yoga workshops at 9.15 - 11.15 (same days as Playful Saturdays) for more restorative postures and a deep relaxation at the end.
