Stay fit and slow down the aging process with exercises that help you achieve and maintain a strong and healthy body that will serve you well now and for years to come.
We will practise a variety of exercises that strengthen and tone your entire body with focus on your core and back. We will also do exercises that improve your balance, coordination, flexibility and stability.
This workout will help you get in good condition and improve your posture. We will include weight bearing exercises to strengthen muscle mass and increase bone density, to help prevent them from diminishing as we age.

Andre faglige kvalifikationer: Qualified Instructor in: TRX training, Core and Back Strengthening/Conditioning, Swiss Ball Taining, Swiss Ball Training for Rehabilitation, Osteoporosis Prevention and Management, Strength Training, Strength Training for Older Adults.
Undervisningserfaring: I have been working as a personal trainer since 2005 and has also held various types of fitness classes.
Andet: I am British and was born in 1957. My aim is for my clients to achieve/maintain a fit and healthy body that will help them lead a long and active life for many years to come.
