Astanga yoga giver dig ikke kun en stærk og let krop, men også et fokuseret, roligt sind og en dyb følelse af vitalitet. Systemet er kendetegnet ved serier med en flydende sekvens af gradvist mere udfordrende stillinger, hvor bevægelserne knyttes sammen af et specifikt åndedræt.

Skridt for skridt lærer du de grundlæggende teknikker og stillinger i første serie.

Der afsluttes med afspænding.

 

Astanga Yoga

Achieve a greater sense of well-being by practising the dynamic form of yoga called Astanga.

Astanga yoga helps you develop physical strength as well as a calm and concentrated mind. Regular practice generates a deep sense of vitality. The training system is characterised by a fluid sequence of progressively more challenging poses, whose movements are linked by the breath. You will learn the basic postures and synchronized breathing techniques of the primary series.

Every class ends with a period of relaxation.

Underviser

Bruno Grgic Bartulic

Uddannelse: He has a degree in International Relations and has been teaching yoga since 2001. In his travels to India, he studied Ashtanga directly with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and Vedanta Swami Dayananda Saraswati. He regularly writes about yoga for yogasp.com and for Yoga Journal Brasil Magazine.

Andet: Bruno Grgic Bartulic was born in São Paulo, Brazil. He practiced gymnastics in childhood and has always been enrolled with extreme sports such as surfing, rock climbing and jiu-jitsu.

Bruno Bartulic has been located away from Brazil since 2008 and has lived in Croatia, France, Portugal. He currently lives in Copenhagen, where he – besides teaching –  is studing Social Enterpreneurship at Roskilde University. He's fluent in Portuguese, English and French.
