Afmelding og tilbagebetaling

Hvis du ønsker at annullere din tilmelding, kan tilbagebetaling af det fulde gebyr ske indtil 2 uger før aktivitetens planlagte start/første mødegang. Er der mindre end 14 dage til start er tilmeldingen bindende – uanset årsag – og gebyret kan ikke refunderes.

Følgende berettiger ikke til delvis eller hel tilbagebetaling:

• ændring af undervisningssted
• ændring af underviser
• aflysninger pga. sygdom eller lign.*
• lokaleaflysninger*

* Kurset forlænges tilsvarende i sidste ende af forløbet.

Kan et hold ikke etableres, f.eks. på grund af for få tilmeldinger, returneres hele gebyret. 

Fortrydelsesret

Køb af kurser, foredrag og lignende her på hjemmesiden er ikke omfattet af fortrydelsesretten (jf. forbrugeraftalelovens §18, stk. 2 - nr. 12).

Tilmelding

Efter tilmelding modtager du en tilmeldingsbekræftelse samt en faktura på dit køb per mail: Tilmeldingsbekræftelsen indeholder alle relevante oplysninger om den aktivitet, du har tilmeldt dig. Vi sender ydermere en separat faktura til dig, der er registreret som betalt. Medmindre der sker ændringer på aktiviteten, hører du ikke yderligere fra os inden start. 

Når du står på venteliste til en aktivitet, kontakter vi dig pr. tlf. eller mail, hvis der skulle blive en ledig plads inden start. Du bliver ikke opkrævet betaling, før vi evt. kan tilbyde dig en plads, og du kan altid vælge at takke nej til en ventelisteplads, hvis du får den tilbudt.

Ved tilmelding til en aktivitet, der allerede har afholdt en eller flere mødegange, kan vi ikke garantere, at du får det fulde udbytte af forløbet. 

Omlægning af undervisning

Vi forbeholder os til enhver tid retten til at omlægge undervisningen, f.eks. flytte lokale eller undervisningssted, afholde undervisningen med en vikar ved sygdom osv. I tilfælde af, at vi bliver nødt til at nedjustere deltagerantallet på holdet, prioriteres deltagerne efter betalingsdato. 

Kursusinformation tilsendes per e-mail og sms

Ved tilmelding giver du automatisk samtykke til, at FOF Københavns administration og undervisere må kontakte dig i forbindelse med din deltagelse på holdet via brev, e-mail eller sms. Det kan f.eks. være kursusinformationer som f.eks. aflysninger. 

Materialeudgifter m.m.

Eventuelle ekstraudgifter til bøger og andre materialer i forbindelse med undervisningen kan forekomme. Denne ekstra omkostning afholdes af deltagerne, medmindre andet fremgår af kursusbeskrivelsen. 

Forhåndsreservation

Når du har været tilmeldt et sæsonhold (kursus eller foredragsrække) hos FOF København, reserverer vi en plads til dig på samme hold i næste sæson. Forhåndsreservationen er kun et tilbud – hvis ikke du har betalt inden betalingsfristens udløb, frigives pladsen til andre interesserede.

Vi tager beskyttelsen af dine oplysninger alvorligt. Når du er deltager eller kursist hos FOF København, behandler vi en række oplysninger om dig og din husstand. Dette er bl.a. navn, adresse samt oplysninger om dine tilmeldinger. Læs hele vores privatlivspolitik her. 

Terms and conditions of sale

Cancellation and refund

If you would like to cancel your registration, the full fee can be refunded up to two weeks before the scheduled start of the activity or first session. If there are fewer than 14 days before the start, the enrolment is binding (regardless of the reason) and the fee is non-refundable.

The following reasons do not entitle you to a full or partial refund:

• change of course location
• change of instructor
• cancellations due to illness or similar circumstances*
• classroom or venue cancellations*

* The course will be extended accordingly at the end of the scheduled programme.

If a class cannot be held due to insufficient enrolment, for example, the full fee will be returned.

Right of cancellation

The purchase of courses, lectures and similar activities on this website are not covered by the right of cancellation under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

Registration

After registration, you will receive a confirmation of registration and an invoice for your purchase by email. The registration confirmation contains all the relevant information about the activity or course you have signed up for. When the registration has been paid in full, we will send a separate invoice indicating this. Unless there are changes to the planned activity or course, you will not hear more from us before it starts.

When you are on a waiting list for a course or activity, if a space becomes available before it starts, we will contact you by telephone or email. You will not be charged until we can offer you a space. If a waiting space is offered to you, you can always choose to decline. If you choose to sign up for an activity that has already held one or more sessions, we cannot guarantee that you will get the full benefit of the programme.

Reorganisation of classes

We reserve the right to reschedule classes at any time, such as moving the room or location, or holding classes with a substitute instructor in case of illness, and so on. In the event that we need to reduce the number of participants in a class or activity, participants will be prioritised according to date of receipt of payment.

Course information is sent by email and text message. By registering for a course, you automatically consent to being contacted by FOF København administration and instructors by letter, email or text message. This course information could include information about cancellations.

Additional expenses

Additional costs for books, handouts or other materials in connection with the class may be necessary. This additional cost is to be paid by the participants unless otherwise stated in the course description.

Automatic pre-booking

Once you have enrolled in a class, course or lecture series at FOF København, we will reserve a place for you in the same class for the next season. The pre-booking is an offer only. If you have not paid by the payment deadline, the space will be made available to other interested parties.

Privacy policy

We take the protection of your data seriously. When you are a participant in a class or course at FOF København, we process information about you and your household. This includes your name, address and information about your enrolments.
