Step into the enchanting world of painting and discover the magic of light!
This course focuses on learning how natural light outdoors plays a role in the landscape. The purpose is to provide you with knowledge of capturing the qualities of light, color and atmosphere expressed with small brush strokes using oil paints. We will paint from a photo.
You will learn how to paint in a specific style that focuses exclusively on understanding the light in the composition.
No prior knowledge of drawing or painting is required. However, participants who are experienced in either or both are welcome too. The course will be specifically interesting for you if like the works of Monet, Renoir, Degas and other Impressionists.
Bring your own materials and a picture of a well illuminated outdoor scene.
