Let's increase your bao obsession by learning how to make one of Taiwan's most loved and delicious dishes: Gua Bao.

You will be shown how to knead and steam beautiful fluffy bao buns with two different mouthwatering fillings.

In this class, you will learn to make:

  • Bao buns from scratch
  • Braised pork belly/Tofu with herbs and spices
  • Crispy chicken/Tofu
  • Homemade Asian mayonnaise

Gua Bao will be served with pickled cucumber and crushed peanuts.

This hands-on and easy to follow class is taught by chef Oanh in English. Vegetarians are welcome. Bring something to drink and boxes for leftovers.
