Please note that the recipes are customized by the instructor with local ingredients, making it easier to try at home. This course may not be suitable for those seeking the most authentic Japanese recipes and for vegans.
The course is taught in english, and all ingredients are included in the price. Feel free to bring your favorite beverage, if you'd like. Additionally, we recommend bringing a container in case you have any leftovers.
